Know before you drop the hook.
Real-time weather, GEBCO bathymetric data, and OpenTerrain wind funnel analysis — combined in one instrument-grade anchoring decision tool for coastal cruisers and liveaboards.
Three data sources. One decision.
Live Weather Integration
Real-time wind speed, direction, swell height, and barometric pressure overlaid on your anchorage position. Know what's coming before it arrives.
GEBCO Bathymetric Data
Global ocean floor depth data from the General Bathymetric Chart of the Oceans. Know exactly what's beneath your keel — depth, gradient, and bottom profile.
OpenTerrain Wind Funnel Analysis
Terrain modeling identifies coastal wind acceleration zones before they find you. Headlands, valleys, and gaps that funnel and amplify wind are flagged at your chosen anchorage.
Composite Risk Score
Weather, depth, and terrain data are combined into a single risk assessment for your anchorage. One number that tells you whether to stay or move.
GPS-Anchored Position
Analysis is centered on your actual GPS position. Drop a pin or use your current location — the data is always about where you are, not a nearby waypoint.
Planning Aid Disclaimer
Anchorage Risk is a planning aid, not a substitute for seamanship. Conditions change. The app gives you better information — the decision is always yours.
Technical specifications
Anchorage Risk is a planning aid. It does not replace seamanship, local knowledge, or your own judgment. Always verify conditions independently before anchoring.

Apple's review queue is running longer than usual — a wave of AI-assisted and vibe-coded app submissions has created a significant backlog across the developer community. This is a known, widely-reported situation. The app is complete and ready; we're waiting in line like everyone else. We'll update this page the moment it goes live.
Coming soon to the App Store.
